Cheesy Potato Patties (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 handfuls of potatoes, peeled and chopped into large chunks.
02 - A quarter cup of milk.
03 - Two spoonfuls of butter.
04 - 1 full cup of flour.
05 - 2 eggs, whisked.
06 - About 2 cups of breadcrumbs.
07 - 1 cup of shredded cheddar.
08 - Half a cup of crumbled cooked bacon.
09 - Two chopped spoonfuls of fresh chives.
10 - A pair of tablespoons of parsley, finely chopped.
11 - One clove of garlic, diced very small.
12 - Vegetable oil for frying as needed.
13 - Salt and pepper, adjust to your preference.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes until soft. Drain, smash them together with milk and butter, sprinkle in seasonings, and set aside to let them cool down.
02 - Combine bacon, herbs, cheese, and garlic in a bowl until mixed well.
03 - Take some potato, flatten it, add filling on top, then fold it to close and form patties.
04 - Cover each patty in flour first, then egg, finishing with breadcrumbs.
05 - Heat oil and fry patties for a few minutes on each side, until they turn golden brown.
