01 - 2 cups shredded chicken, pulled apart.

03 - 4 oz of cream cheese, softened.
04 - A cup of grated cheese (like mozzarella or cheddar).
05 - 1 teaspoon each of garlic and onion powder.
06 - Half a cup of diced spinach or peppers (optional).
07 - Salt and pepper, adjust as needed.

# Instructions:

02 - In a bowl, mix the chicken, cream cheese, grated cheese, seasonings, and veggies if you're using any.
03 - Unroll the crescent dough and flatten the triangles. Scoop some filling onto the wide end of each piece.
04 - Start from the wide end and tightly roll each triangle up, sealing the edges as you go.
05 - Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet, brush the tops with the egg, and bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly browned.

# Notes:

01 - You can chill the unbaked rolls in the fridge to cook later.
02 - These freeze perfectly if unbaked.
03 - Switch up the cheese types to keep things interesting.
