Set your oven to 250°F. Cover a sheet pan with foil that won’t stick.

In a large pan, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat. Toss in the garlic and parsley while stirring until it’s all blended.

Add the oyster crackers to the butter mix. Stir them gently so every piece is coated well.

Lay the crackers flat on the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle on the Parmesan, salt, and a little pepper evenly.

Bake the crackers for 30 to 35 minutes until they’re golden. Let them cool all the way before packing them up.
