Garlic Parmesan Crackers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
02 - 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (about ¾ stick).
03 - 2 cloves garlic, freshly minced.
04 - 4 cups oyster crackers (about 9 oz).
05 - Pinch of ground pepper.
06 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese.
07 - ¼ teaspoon salt.
08 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 250°F. Cover a sheet pan with foil that won’t stick.
02 - In a large pan, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat. Toss in the garlic and parsley while stirring until it’s all blended.
03 - Add the oyster crackers to the butter mix. Stir them gently so every piece is coated well.
04 - Lay the crackers flat on the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle on the Parmesan, salt, and a little pepper evenly.
05 - Bake the crackers for 30 to 35 minutes until they’re golden. Let them cool all the way before packing them up.
