Spinach Mushrooms (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
02 - 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice.
03 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
04 - 4 cups of spinach, fresh and washed.
05 - A pinch of salt and pepper, adjust as needed.
06 - 1 pound of mushrooms, cut into slices.
07 - Optional toppings: red pepper flakes or parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Wash and slice up the mushrooms, clean the spinach, and chop up the garlic.
02 - Warm the olive oil in a pan, then saute the mushrooms for about 5-7 minutes until they're golden.
03 - Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute or two until it smells amazing.
04 - Toss in the spinach, season with salt, pepper, and squeeze the lemon juice. Stir until the spinach wilts down.

# Notes:

01 - Want it richer? Pour in some cream.
02 - Craving a kick? Sprinkle chili flakes.
03 - Any type of mushroom works great here.
