Strawberry Mousse Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste (can skip if you want)
02 - 5 strawberries, medium size
03 - 1 cup powdered sugar or a sugar-free option
04 - 4 oz yogurt or more cream cheese or coconut cream
05 - 8 oz cream cheese or coconut cream (your choice)

# Instructions:

01 - Spoon into bowls, pop them in the fridge, and let them sit until they’re much thicker.
02 - Toss in the rest of the stuff and whizz everything together until it's silky smooth. You can use a mixer, processor, or blender.
03 - Snip off the tops of the strawberries, then blend or mash them up into a soft puree.
04 - Let cream cheese soften at room temperature, or confirm your canned coconut cream is nice and thick.

01 - Switch to coconut cream instead of cream cheese to keep it dairy-free.
