04 - 3 minced garlic cloves
05 - 2 tbsp butter
06 - 2 tbsp olive oil

→ Alfredo Sauce

07 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
08 - 4 tbsp butter
09 - Optional: 1/4 tsp nutmeg for flavor
10 - Salt and pepper to taste
11 - 2 minced garlic cloves
12 - 2 cups heavy cream

→ Pasta

13 - Salt for boiling water
14 - 12 oz fettuccine or your preferred pasta

→ Toppings

15 - Chopped fresh parsley
16 - Parmesan cheese for sprinkling

# Instructions:

01 - Boil salted water in a big pot. Toss the pasta in and cook following the package directions until it's just tender. Drain it and leave it aside.
02 - Season steak pieces and shrimp with salt and pepper. Heat oil on medium-high in a big pan. Cook the steak until browned and done to your liking. Take it out and set it to one side.
03 - Pop some butter into the same pan. Drop in the shrimp and let them go pink and cooked through (around 2-3 minutes per side). Move it to the same spot as the steak.
04 - In the same pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Sauté garlic until you can smell it (like 1 minute). Stir in the heavy cream, bring it to a light simmer, and let it cook while stirring for about 3-4 minutes. Slowly blend in Parmesan until it’s creamy and smooth. Adjust flavors with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg if you’d like.
05 - Add your cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing it around to coat thoroughly. Stir in the steak and shrimp gently, letting them mix in the saucy goodness.
06 - Top with a sprinkle of parsley and extras like Parmesan cheese if you want. Serve warm alongside garlic bread or a salad.
