Avocado Chicken Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 2 tablespoons avocado or olive oil
03 - ½ teaspoon salt
04 - ¼ teaspoon chili powder
05 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
06 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder

→ Wrap Assembly

07 - 2 avocados
08 - ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - 6 flour tortillas (8 inches)
10 - ½ cup salsa

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up oil in a pan. Sprinkle spices on the chicken. Cook each side for about 3-5 minutes until fully done.
02 - Once the chicken has cooled off, cut it into strips.
03 - Spread salsa, cheese, slices of avocado, and chicken on tortillas. Roll the bottom up, then wrap the sides over.
04 - Using a skillet, cook the wraps with the seam side down. Heat until the cheese is gooey, and the outside is golden, about 3-4 minutes each side.

01 - Great with extra sour cream or salsa as a dip
02 - Use up the leftover oil to cook your wraps
