Starbucks Banana Nut Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1⅛ cup sugar
02 - 1 egg
03 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
04 - ½ teaspoon cinnamon
05 - 2 tablespoons buttermilk
06 - 3 extra ripe bananas
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
08 - ¼ teaspoon salt
09 - ½ cup vegetable oil
10 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
11 - ½ cup chopped walnuts

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 325°F. Grease an 8x5 loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.
02 - Stir cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and flour together in a medium bowl.
03 - In another bowl, whisk sugar, egg, and oil until smooth.
04 - Add the dry mix to the wet mixture. Then stir in vanilla, buttermilk, and mashed bananas.
05 - Pour batter into the pan, sprinkle walnuts on top, and bake for 60-75 minutes. It’s ready when a knife comes out clean.

01 - Swap buttermilk for milk plus a splash of vinegar
02 - Store in the freezer for up to 3 months
