Beef Rice Pepper Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon salt
02 - 2 teaspoons black pepper
03 - 1 pound ground beef
04 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
05 - 1 red bell pepper, diced
06 - 1 green bell pepper, diced
07 - 1 medium onion, diced
08 - 2 tablespoons butter
09 - 1 jalapeno, diced
10 - ½ cup soy sauce (low sodium works too)
11 - Cooked rice if you'd like

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter in a big pan. Toss in the onion, green and red bell peppers, and jalapeno. Let them cook for around five minutes.
02 - Drop in the ground beef and cook it through. Make sure it's browned and the veggies look soft.
03 - Pour out excess liquid and put everything back in the pan.
04 - Stir in the soy sauce and spices. Combine thoroughly by mixing it all up.
05 - Dish it up with rice if that's your thing.

01 - For less sodium, use the low sodium soy sauce option.
