Beef Tots Casserole (Print Version)

01 - 16 ounces frozen tater tots
02 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
03 - 1/2 cup crispy bacon, crumbled
04 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
05 - 2/3 cup condensed mushroom soup
06 - 1/4 cup sour cream
07 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, split in half
08 - 1/3 cup whole milk
09 - 1 cup of sweet corn kernels
10 - 8 ounces ground beef, 85% lean

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F to preheat.
02 - Heat up a big pan and cook your beef until it's fully browned.
03 - Mix the corn, mushroom soup, half a cup of cheese, milk, sour cream, onion powder, pepper, and bacon into the skillet.
04 - Grab a 9x13 pan. Layer the beef mixture first, sprinkle half the cheese, then line up the tater tots neatly. Bake it uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes.
05 - Scatter the remaining cheese on top and bake for 5 more minutes.
