01 - 4 oz. creamy goat cheese, at room temperature
02 - 4 tbsp. sweet honey
03 - 1 tsp. powdered cinnamon
04 - 10 oz. chilled or fresh blackberries
05 - 3 tbsp. white sugar (granulated)
06 - 2 tbsp. plain flour
07 - 1 sheet thawed puff pastry
08 - 1 egg, whisked

# Instructions:

01 - In a saucepan, mix together blackberries, honey, flour, and cinnamon. Bring it to a boil, then let it simmer for about 10 minutes until it thickens. Let it cool completely.
02 - Set your oven to 375°F and place parchment paper on a baking pan.
03 - Stir together the cooled blackberry sauce (about 1 cup) and the softened goat cheese until smooth.
04 - Spread the cheese and blackberry mix onto your puff pastry, then fold it lengthwise. Slice into strips about ½ inch wide and twist each piece.
05 - Place the twists onto the prepared pan, brush the surface with beaten egg, and sprinkle with sugar for some sweetness.
06 - Pop the pan into the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the twists are flaky and golden-brown.
