Drop the flowers or tea bag into hot water. Let it soak for 5-7 minutes, strain out the bits, and cool it down to room temp.

While still warm, stir in sweetener if you want. Make sure it dissolves completely.

Foam your milk. Use a frother, blend it until bubbly, or give it a good shake in a jar with a lid.

Dump some ice into your glass. Pour the cooled tea over it, then top it off by gently adding foamed milk for layers.

To watch the drink change color, mix in lemon juice. Toss in a few flowers on top for flair, if you'd like.
