Blueberry Muffins Fast (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 3/4 cup white sugar
02 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
03 - 1 1/8 teaspoons salt
04 - 1 1/2 cups plain flour

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - 1/3 cup neutral oil (like canola)
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
07 - 1 medium egg
08 - 1/2 cup whole milk

→ Mix-ins

09 - 8 oz of blueberries — fresh works best, but frozen is fine too

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven to 400°F and get the muffin tray ready by adding cupcake wrappers.
02 - In a bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
03 - In a separate dish, mix together the milk, egg, vanilla, and oil until smooth.
04 - Pour the wet mix into the dry bowl and stir until it turns into batter. Carefully fold in those blueberries!
05 - Spoon the batter evenly into the pan and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.

# Notes:

01 - Use a mix of berries or even chocolate as a swap for blueberries.
02 - Switch to buttermilk if you want them a little richer and softer.
03 - Reheat leftovers in the oven at 300°F for around 12 minutes.
