Get the oven going at 400°F.

Over medium heat in a 10-inch skillet, toss chicken with hot sauce. Let it cook for about 5 minutes.

Add softened cream cheese and ranch dressing, stirring until melted and fully mixed.

Turn off heat. Stir in half the shredded cheese mix until smooth. Spread the rest on top.
