Buttermilk Banana Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/4 cups of mashed overripe bananas (around 3 or 4)
02 - 1 teaspoon of baking powder
03 - 1/8 teaspoon of baking soda
04 - 2 cups of plain flour
05 - 1/2 cup (113g) soft butter
06 - 1 1/2 cups (300g) white sugar
07 - 1/4 cup of buttermilk, room temp
08 - Two room-temperature large eggs
09 - 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt
10 - 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 350°F. Coat a 9x5-inch bread pan with cooking spray.
02 - Blend flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder by sifting them into a bowl.
03 - Use a fork to crush your bananas into a mush in a separate dish.
04 - Take two minutes to beat sugar and butter. Add eggs one by one, then buttermilk and vanilla.
05 - Slowly include the flour blend into the wet mixture, then fold in the bananas.
06 - Put in the oven for 65 to 70 minutes. Check with a toothpick; it should have just a few crumbs.
