Caprese Naan Pizzas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 4 flat naan breads

→ Cheese & Seasonings

02 - 1 (8 oz) pack fresh mozzarella balls, halved or torn
03 - 1 (8 oz) brick mozzarella cheese, shredded
04 - 4 garlic cloves, finely grated
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil (use extra-virgin for best flavor)

→ Toppings

06 - 4 ripe vine tomatoes, sliced thin
07 - Few pinches of coarse salt
08 - ¼ cup red onion, sliced into thin strips

→ Garnish

09 - Basil leaves (preferably fresh)
10 - Grated parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 400°F to get it hot.
02 - Stir together the shredded block mozzarella, grated garlic, a couple of tablespoons of oil, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl until it's mixed up nicely and glossy.
03 - Spread the cheese mixture onto the naan. Place the tomato slices on top of the cheese next, then add slices of red onion and a few halved mozzarella pearls.
04 - Bake for 20-25 minutes, depending on how your oven runs, until the cheese is all melted and slightly golden.
05 - Scatter fresh basil and grated parmesan on top before slicing. Serve while it's still hot and melty!

# Notes:

01 - Snack on leftover mozzarella pearls!
02 - Serve this while it's warm for best results.
