Cheeseburger Stuffed Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 11 ounces French bread dough, chilled
02 - 1/2 cup onion, chopped small
03 - 1 pound beef, ground

→ Condiments

04 - 6 slices crispy cooked bacon, crumbled
05 - 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
06 - 8 slices of classic American cheese
07 - 2 dill pickles, diced up small
08 - 1/3 cup of ketchup

→ Topping

09 - 1 beaten egg
10 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds to sprinkle

→ For Serving

11 - Thousand Island sauce for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven going at 350°F and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Brown the beef with onions, seasoning with salt and pepper. Pour out any extra grease.
03 - Flatten the dough into a rectangle, then layer on ketchup, mustard, beef, bacon crumbles, pickles, and cheese slices.
04 - Roll the dough tightly from the long side and make sure the edges are closed. Place it seam-down onto the sheet.
05 - Brush the top with the egg and scatter sesame seeds on top. Bake it for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let it sit for 5 minutes before cutting into slices.
