Cheesecake Dip Strawberry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Spread

01 - 227 g (8 ounces) softened cream cheese
02 - Sweetened powdered sugar, 113 g (1 cup)
03 - Vanilla, ½ teaspoon
04 - Thick heavy cream, 113 g (½ cup)

→ Layer

05 - Strawberry preserves, 85 g (¼ cup)

→ Optional Pairings

06 - Cracker crumbs (graham)

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a bowl and toss in the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Blend everything together with a mixer until smooth and fluffy. Move aside when mixed.
02 - In another bowl, pour in the heavy cream. Attach a whisk to your mixer and whip for a couple of minutes, stopping when medium peaks form.
03 - Carefully stir the whipped cream into the cream cheese combo until it’s all blended together. Place it into a shallow serving dish, spread some strawberry jam on top, and swirl the jam around lightly with a knife.
04 - Enjoy it right away with graham crackers, or put it in the fridge to chill until you’re ready.

# Notes:

01 - You can switch out strawberry jam for a topping like strawberry syrup or any other fruity jam.
02 - Feel free to replace ½ cup of heavy cream with 1 cup of pre-made whipped topping like Cool Whip.
03 - Goes well with graham crackers, salty pretzels, apple slices, or vanilla cookies.
04 - Store leftovers in the fridge inside a sealed container. It’ll stay good for about 3 to 4 days.
