Grab a bowl and toss in the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Blend everything together with a mixer until smooth and fluffy. Move aside when mixed.

In another bowl, pour in the heavy cream. Attach a whisk to your mixer and whip for a couple of minutes, stopping when medium peaks form.

Carefully stir the whipped cream into the cream cheese combo until it’s all blended together. Place it into a shallow serving dish, spread some strawberry jam on top, and swirl the jam around lightly with a knife.

Enjoy it right away with graham crackers, or put it in the fridge to chill until you’re ready.
