Cheesecake Rolls Strawberry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup white sugar
02 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
03 - 8 oz of softened cream cheese
04 - 1 cup cold heavy cream

β†’ Strawberry Layer

05 - 2 tablespooons sugar, granulated
06 - 1 cup diced strawberries, fresh

β†’ For Putting Together

07 - 6 thin cake layers or large crepes
08 - 1/4 cup melted butter, unsalted
09 - 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers or shortbread cookies
10 - Optional: Powdered sugar for sprinkle topping

# Instructions:

01 - Blend sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla until it’s smooth. Separately, whip heavy cream until stiff and then gently combine both.
02 - Mix strawberries with sugar, leaving it to sit for about 10 minutes until juicy.
03 - Stir melted butter with the crushed cookies until they feel like damp sand.
04 - Add filling, cookie crumbs, and strawberries onto the crepe. Roll it tightly into a log shape.
05 - Wrap the rolls in plastic wrap and chill for at least 60 minutes. Cut into one-inch slices and sprinkle with powdered sugar before eating.
