Start by setting your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish (9-by-13 inches).

In a pan, cook the ground beef along with garlic and onion. Add paprika, salt, and pepper after it starts browning. Once cooked, pour off extra grease.

Get a big mixing bowl. Stir together the soup, milk, and sour cream. Add the beef mix, rice, ½ cup cheese, and peas if you'd like. Mix it all up.

Spoon the mixture into the baking dish. Spread evenly, then sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top.

Bake it for about 25-30 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbling.

Pull it out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. If you'd like, sprinkle parsley on top before serving it warm.
