Cheesy Onion Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dip

01 - 8 oz softened cream cheese (light works too)
02 - 1 cup mayo (light is fine)
03 - 6-8 oz shredded cheese, split (like Blarney Castle)
04 - 1 medium or large Vidalia onion, diced (around 1 full cup)
05 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, or adjust to your liking
06 - ½ teaspoon salt, or adjust as needed
07 - ¼ teaspoon cayenne, optional based on your taste

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F. Coat a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray.
02 - In a big bowl, stir together everything except for ½ cup of cheese you'll set aside.
03 - Pour mixture into your sprayed pan. Smooth it out and sprinkle with the reserved cheese.
04 - Pop it in the oven for 45-50 minutes until the top is bubbly and perfectly golden.
05 - After cooling down a bit, serve with crackers, veggies, or chips.
