Cheesy Spinach Bagels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup chopped canned artichoke hearts, drained
02 - 1½ cups chopped fresh spinach
03 - 8 bagels (plain, sesame, or everything)

→ Cheese & Seasonings

04 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - salt and pepper to taste
07 - 8 oz softened cream cheese
08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
09 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
11 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Cook spinach in olive oil until it softens. Combine it with artichokes, seasonings, and cheeses.
02 - Cut bagels in half and bake at 350°F for about 5-7 minutes to crisp them up.
03 - Spread your filling generously on the toasted bagels. Pop them in the oven at 375°F for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese melts and it looks bubbly.
04 - Sprinkle parsley on top and enjoy them while they're warm.
