Cheesy Taco Pockets (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 taco seasoning packet
02 - 1 pound of ground beef

→ Filling

03 - 1 cup sharp Cheddar, shredded
04 - 1/2 cup jarred salsa
05 - 8 ounces of softened cream cheese

→ Assembly

06 - 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
07 - 12 tortillas, 6-inch size

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the beef in a skillet till browned, drain grease, then mix in taco seasoning following the package steps.
02 - Whip up the cream cheese till creamy, then stir in salsa until it’s blended together.
03 - Spread the filling over the tortillas, sprinkle cheese and beef on top, then fold into pockets.
04 - Grease a baking tray, place pockets on it, then lightly coat each one with melted butter.
05 - Pop them in a 350°F oven for 15 minutes until they’re crispy and golden.
