Cherry Cheesecake Mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package (3.5 oz) cheesecake pudding mix, instant
02 - 1 cup diced dried cherries
03 - ½ cup confectioners' sugar
04 - ¼ cup butter, unsalted
05 - ½ cup cherry-flavored gelatin powder
06 - 9 cups rice or corn Chex cereal
07 - 1 cup white chocolate pieces

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, toss in Chex cereal and leave it for now.
02 - Melt the white chocolate and butter in short 30-second bursts in the microwave, stirring in between. Stir in the cherry gelatin completely.
03 - Drizzle the cherry chocolate blend over the cereal. Gently mix everything together until it’s coated all over.
04 - Put the pudding mix and confectioners' sugar in a big zip-top bag. Add the coated cereal and shake it until everything is covered well.
05 - Spread the cereal on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Let it cool before mixing in the chopped cherries.
