In a big bowl, mix together the soda, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, horseradish, garlic, and ginger until combined.

Put the chicken into the marinade. Cover the bowl and chill it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or as long as 24 hours.

Warm up your grill or skillet to medium-high, about 400°F.

Take the chicken out of the marinade and cook it until the inside hits 165°F. Let it sit for 5 minutes before eating.
