Juicy Chicken Marinade (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Marinade

01 - 1 tablespoon grated ginger
02 - 2 tablespoons minced garlic
03 - 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
04 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
05 - 2 tablespoons sesame oil
06 - 1/2 cup soy sauce
07 - 2 cups lemon-lime or grapefruit soda

→ Chicken

08 - 4 pounds chicken thighs or breasts

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, mix together the soda, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, horseradish, garlic, and ginger until combined.
02 - Put the chicken into the marinade. Cover the bowl and chill it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or as long as 24 hours.
03 - Warm up your grill or skillet to medium-high, about 400°F.
04 - Take the chicken out of the marinade and cook it until the inside hits 165°F. Let it sit for 5 minutes before eating.

01 - Cuts without bones cook quicker compared to bone-in pieces.
02 - This works well with any chicken cut you like.
