Chicken Potato BBQ Pan (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Five medium or small potatoes, diced
02 - Two chicken breasts, chopped into cubes

→ Seasonings

03 - A drizzle of olive oil for potatoes
04 - A half teaspoon of both pepper and salt
05 - One teaspoon each of ranch mix, onion powder, and paprika
06 - Some garlic powder sprinkled on potatoes
07 - Two tablespoons of butter
08 - One tablespoon of chopped garlic

→ Toppings

09 - One cup shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - Half a cup of BBQ sauce, plus extra for drizzling on top

# Instructions:

01 - Chop those potatoes into small cubes, then mix them up with olive oil and some seasoning of choice.
02 - At 400°F, pop them into an air fryer and let them cook for about 20 to 25 minutes. Give them a shake here and there.
03 - In a skillet with butter, cook your chicken pieces and throw in seasonings. Add garlic and mix in BBQ sauce.
04 - Mix the cooked chicken with the crispy potatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top, then broil until gooey.
05 - Drizzle on more BBQ sauce and serve it hot!

01 - Skip broiling by covering and melting cheese on the stove
02 - Adjust potato seasoning as you like
