Chicken Potatoes Garlic Parmesan (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
02 - ½ tsp black pepper
03 - ½ tsp salt
04 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
05 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
06 - 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
07 - 4 minced garlic cloves
08 - 3 tbsp olive oil
09 - 1 lb baby potatoes, cut in half
10 - 4 boneless chicken breasts, skin removed

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 400°F (200°C). Put down parchment paper on a baking tray to keep things tidy.
02 - Mix the halved baby potatoes in a bowl with 1 tbsp of olive oil, half of the Parmesan, 2 garlic cloves, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on one end of the tray.
03 - Use the same bowl to coat the chicken breasts in the leftover olive oil, the rest of the garlic, Italian spices, smoked paprika, and the remaining Parmesan. Lay them next to the potatoes on the tray.
04 - Pop the baking tray in the oven. Let it bake for around 25 to 30 minutes. Make sure the chicken hits 165°F (75°C) inside and the potatoes are crisp and golden.
05 - Before eating, sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over everything for a nice touch.
