Almond Chicken Dish (Print Version)

01 - 2 cups cooked, diced chicken
02 - 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
03 - ½ cup slivered almonds, blanched
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
05 - ½ cup mayo
06 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ground

# Instructions:

01 - Make sure you have everything you need on hand.
02 - Heat a frying pan on medium and toss the almonds in. Keep the pan moving often so they don't burn. Pull them off the heat as soon as they're golden.
03 - Stir the mayo, lemon juice, and black pepper together in a medium-sized bowl until smooth.
04 - Mix the chicken, celery, and toasted almonds with the dressing until everything's coated.
