Chicken Salad Mini Croissants (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 ribs of celery, chopped into small pieces
02 - About 3-4 cups pulled rotisserie chicken
03 - A dozen mini croissants
04 - 1 cup of mayo
05 - 1/2 tablespoon of Lawry's flavored salt
06 - Half a bunch of fresh parsley, chopped
07 - A handful of butter lettuce leaves

# Instructions:

01 - Dump the shredded chicken, chopped celery, parsley, mayo, and the seasoned salt into a big bowl and stir until it’s evenly mixed.
02 - Cut each croissant across the middle but don’t split them apart. Pop in a couple of lettuce leaves and stuff with spoonfuls of the chicken mixture.
03 - Lay them out on a nice tray, pair with some fruit, and pour a chilled drink to go along with it.
