Chicken Potato Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
02 - 1 cup corn
03 - 5-6 cups mashed potatoes

→ Topping

04 - Homemade or frozen chicken tenders (8 pieces)
05 - Packet gravy mix or from-scratch brown gravy

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 400°F. If you've got frozen chicken, let it sit out for 5 minutes before chopping.
02 - In a 9x13 pan, spread warm potatoes evenly. Sprinkle over the corn and cheese.
03 - Chop tenders to your preferred size and lay them on top of the casserole.
04 - Pop the dish in the oven and bake. Go for 15 minutes if tenders are homemade or 20 if they were frozen.
05 - Make the gravy while it bakes. Pour it over the finished casserole before serving it up.

# Notes:

01 - Bring mashed potatoes to room temp before layering.
02 - Popcorn chicken works great as a sub for tenders.
03 - Ideal dish to prep ahead of time!
