Chocolate Filled Velvet (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cupcakes

01 - Red velvet cake mix (15 oz box)
02 - Items noted on cake mix box (oil, water, eggs)

→ Ganache Filling

03 - Heavy cream (1/2 cup)
04 - Semi-sweet baking chocolate (8 oz)

→ Topping

05 - Dusting of powdered sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Warm the cream and pour over chopped chocolate. Stir till silky. Let it chill for 2+ hours until thick.
02 - Set your oven to 350°F and pop liners into your muffin tin.
03 - Follow the directions on the box to make the batter. Pour it halfway into the liners.
04 - Grab a tablespoon of the firm ganache and pop it into the center of each liner.
05 - Bake for about 20-23 minutes. A toothpick poked at the side should come out clean. Let them cool in the tin a bit.
06 - Peel off the liners, flip them over, and sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Serve warm for the best taste!

# Notes:

01 - Quick microwave heating works well for leftovers.
02 - Avoid putting too much batter in the liners.
