Chocolate Raspberry Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 1/4 cup butter, melted
02 - 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs

→ Filling

03 - 3 eggs
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
05 - 24 oz softened cream cheese
06 - 1/2 cup raspberries
07 - 1/2 cup sugar
08 - 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 325°F (160°C). Combine cookie crumbs with butter, then press the mix firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
02 - Whisk together cream cheese, sugar, chocolate, and vanilla until it’s smooth. Drop in one egg at a time while mixing thoroughly each time.
03 - Carefully stir in raspberries and pour everything over the crust you've prepared.
04 - Bake for an hour or until the center no longer jiggles. Let it cool fully before serving.

01 - Tastes best after being kept in the fridge for several hours or overnight.
