RC Cola Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pound Cake

01 - 1 cup RC Cola
02 - 3¼ cups all-purpose flour
03 - 2½ cups granulated sugar
04 - 5 large eggs, room-temperature
05 - ¼ tsp salt
06 - 1¼ cups unsalted butter, softened

→ Glaze

07 - 3-4 Tbsp milk
08 - ½ cup salted, roasted peanuts, chopped
09 - 2 tsp vanilla extract
10 - 2 cups powdered sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 325°F and coat a 12-14 cup Bundt pan with a light layer of grease.
02 - Beat sugar and butter until fluffy. Add eggs one by one, then stir in salt and flour gradually. Finally, pour in RC Cola and mix until it's smooth.
03 - Fill your prepared pan with the batter. Pop it into the oven for 80-90 minutes at 325°F, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
04 - Cool the cake in the pan for 15 minutes first, then carefully flip it onto a cooling rack until it's totally cool.
05 - Mix together the glaze ingredients, pour over the cake once cooled, and sprinkle peanuts on top before the glaze settles.

# Notes:

01 - For better results, let ingredients come to room temperature before starting.
02 - Add or reduce milk in the glaze based on how thick you want it.
