Follow the package steps to cook the bowtie pasta. Once tender, drain and leave aside.

Warm olive oil in a big skillet on medium heat. Toss in diced onion and stir until soft, about 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic for another minute. Cook ground beef until no longer pink. Get rid of the extra grease.

Pour in the beef broth and let it simmer. Mix in the heavy cream, paprika, Parmesan, cheddar, and stir until the sauce is smooth and thicker.

Stir the cooked pasta into the creamy beef mixture. Make sure the pasta is coated all over. Add salt and pepper as you like.
