# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
02 - 1 lb ground beef
03 - 1 tsp paprika
04 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1 cup heavy cream
06 - 8 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
07 - Salt & pepper as needed
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
09 - Fresh parsley for topping (optional)
10 - 1 tbsp olive oil
11 - 1 small onion, diced
12 - 1 cup beef broth

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the package steps to cook the bowtie pasta. Once tender, drain and leave aside.
02 - Warm olive oil in a big skillet on medium heat. Toss in diced onion and stir until soft, about 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic for another minute. Cook ground beef until no longer pink. Get rid of the extra grease.
03 - Pour in the beef broth and let it simmer. Mix in the heavy cream, paprika, Parmesan, cheddar, and stir until the sauce is smooth and thicker.
04 - Stir the cooked pasta into the creamy beef mixture. Make sure the pasta is coated all over. Add salt and pepper as you like.
05 - If you'd like, sprinkle fresh parsley on top before digging in!

# Notes:

01 - Swap in ground turkey or lean ground beef for a healthier take.
02 - Toss in spinach or bell peppers to pack in more veggies.
