Creamy Cheese Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dip

01 - 8 oz white American cheese, diced into chunks
02 - 8 oz pepper jack cheese, sliced into cubes
03 - 8 oz cream cheese, cubed and brought to room temperature
04 - 1/2 cup whole milk, add more if it gets thick
05 - 4 oz can diced green chilies OR diced tomatoes
06 - 1/4 tsp chili powder
07 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
08 - 1/8 tsp ground cumin

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium pan, gently melt milk and cubed cheeses over medium heat. Turn the heat to low after they're melted.
02 - Stir in the diced chilies or tomatoes and seasoning. Use 1-2 spoons of the liquid from the can if you want a stronger taste.
03 - Add small amounts of milk (1-2 spoons at a time) to thin it out. Let it cook longer if you'd like it thicker.
04 - Eat warm with tortilla chips on the side.

# Notes:

01 - You can substitute the block cheese with deli sliced white American cheese
02 - Try topping with cilantro, sliced jalapeños, fresh avocado, tomatoes, or pico de gallo
