Loaded Queso Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat Base

01 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
02 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
03 - 1 pound ground sausage
04 - 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 1 pound ground beef
07 - 1 teaspoon pepper

→ Cheese & Soups

08 - 1 can (10.5 oz) tomato soup
09 - 8 ounces cream cheese
10 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cheddar cheese soup
11 - 32 ounces Velveeta cheese
12 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

→ Add-ins & Garnish

13 - 1 can (16 oz) chili beans, drained
14 - Tortilla chips for serving
15 - Tomatoes for garnish
16 - Fresh parsley for garnish
17 - 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
18 - Jalapeño peppers for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Cook sausage and ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully browned. Drain the fat.
02 - Mix in onion powder, garlic powder, seasoned salt, salt, and pepper with the meat.
03 - Turn heat down to medium-low. Toss in Velveeta, cream cheese, and all three soups and stir well.
04 - Blend in the chili beans and drained diced tomatoes.
05 - Keep cooking for 15-20 minutes, stirring now and then, until the cheese is fully mixed in. Top with garnish and dig in with chips.

# Notes:

01 - Best served warm to keep the texture just right
02 - Drain meat completely to avoid extra grease
03 - Stir off and on to stop it from sticking to the skillet
