Place the tortillas on a flat surface. Grab a spoon or butter knife and spread the softened butter all the way to the edges of each tortilla. Be generous so the whole tortilla gets flavor.

Pile on mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and a few pinches of Italian seasoning onto one tortilla. Set the second tortilla on top to create a layer.

Set your air fryer to 375°F and give it a few moments to heat up.

Once heated, put the tortilla stack in the basket and cook for 4 to 6 minutes. Watch closely since all air fryers cook differently. You're aiming for crispy, golden tortillas.

When the tortilla stack is done and beautifully browned, carefully take it out. If you like, sprinkle parsley on for extra flair. Serve warm and enjoy the crunch!
