Crispy Chicken Nuggets (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
02 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic
03 - 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 pinch dried Italian seasoning
05 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
06 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
07 - 1/2 cup melted butter
08 - 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 1 cup plain breadcrumbs

→ Main Ingredient

10 - 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut in chunks about 1-2 inches

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on the oven and set it to 450°F. Make sure the rack is in the middle slot.
02 - Use some paper towels to pat chicken pieces dry. This helps keep the coating crispy.
03 - In one bowl, stir garlic into the melted butter. Use another to blend breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, and spices.
04 - Start by dipping the chicken in the butter mixture, then roll it in the breadcrumb blend.
05 - Spread pieces out on a roasting pan evenly. Pour any leftover butter on top. Bake for 15 minutes at 450°F and check for 165°F inside.

# Notes:

01 - Darker pans will crisp up the chicken bottom quicker.
02 - The bottom side of the chicken will brown more than the top.
03 - Warm the butter again if it solidifies on cold chicken.
