Set your oven temperature to 350°F. Put the croissants, cut side down, on a baking tray. Let them toast till they’re golden. Or, use your toaster if the pieces fit.

When the rest is set to go, cook the eggs. Soft scrambled is the way to go for maximum creaminess and flavor.

Right after the eggs are ready and still warm, start building. Spread tomato sauce on the bottom croissant, add those soft eggs, then lay a cheese slice, bacon, and guacamole on top. Cover with the other croissant half.
