Croissant Loaded Breakfast (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 buttery croissants, split in half
02 - 8 large eggs
03 - 1/2 cup garlicky tomato sauce
04 - 4 slices pepperjack cheese
05 - 4 pieces crispy bacon
06 - 1/2 cup homemade guacamole

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven temperature to 350°F. Put the croissants, cut side down, on a baking tray. Let them toast till they’re golden. Or, use your toaster if the pieces fit.
02 - When the rest is set to go, cook the eggs. Soft scrambled is the way to go for maximum creaminess and flavor.
03 - Right after the eggs are ready and still warm, start building. Spread tomato sauce on the bottom croissant, add those soft eggs, then lay a cheese slice, bacon, and guacamole on top. Cover with the other croissant half.
