Crunchwrap Supreme Layers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Protein & Spices

01 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
02 - ½ teaspoon paprika powder
03 - ½ teaspoon cumin powder
04 - 1 pound ground beef
05 - Salt and black pepper as needed

→ Wrap Ingredients

06 - ½ cup melted nacho cheese
07 - 4 tostada shells
08 - 1 cup tomatoes, diced
09 - 1 cup sour cream
10 - 8 large tortillas (flour)
11 - 1 cup shredded cheddar
12 - 2 cups chopped lettuce
13 - 1 cup Monterey Jack, grated
14 - 1 tablespoon cooking oil

# Instructions:

01 - Season and cook beef in a pan until it’s fully browned, about 6 minutes. Get rid of excess oil and keep aside.
02 - Using a tostada shell for size, cut out 4 smaller rounds from the tortillas.
03 - Stack the beef, cheese, tostada, sour cream, veggies, and shredded cheeses on a large tortilla. Put a smaller cutout tortilla on top, then fold edges inward.
04 - In a heated skillet with oil, toast the folded wraps with the seam-side facing down. Flip after 3 minutes and cook until both sides are crispy golden.
