One Bowl Banana Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
03 - ½ teaspoon baking powder
04 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
05 - ¼ teaspoon salt
06 - 3 large bananas (or 4 small), soft and extra ripe
07 - ½ cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
08 - ⅔ cup white sugar
09 - 2 large eggs, at room temperature
10 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan, about 9x5 inches.
02 - Take a large bowl and smash those bananas up with a fork or potato masher until smooth.
03 - Pour in the melted butter and stir it in well. Then, whisk in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla until it’s all blended together.
04 - Carefully add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until it’s all mixed, but don’t overdo it.
05 - Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and pop it into the oven for 60 minutes. Check with a toothpick—if it comes out clean, it’s ready!
06 - Let the loaf sit in the pan for 5-10 minutes. After that, move it to a wire rack to cool all the way down.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to toss in some chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruits.
02 - Bananas that are very ripe work the best for this.
03 - You can use raw sugar or coconut sugar instead of white sugar.
04 - This keeps well in the freezer, good for up to 3 months.
