Easy Banana Loaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 3 big bananas, nicely mashed—equals roughly 1⅓ cups
02 - ⅔ cup (133g) white sugar
03 - ¼ cup (61g) whole milk
04 - ¼ cup (54.5g) neutral-flavored vegetable oil
05 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
06 - 2 large eggs, should be at room temperature
07 - 2⅔ cups of your homemade Bisquick substitute

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 350°F to preheat it. Coat a 9x5-inch loaf pan using nonstick spray.
02 - Grab a big bowl and stir together bananas, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla, and eggs. Gently mix in the homemade Bisquick until it's just blended.
03 - Pour your mixture into the loaf pan. Bake for 63-65 minutes. Check with a toothpick—it should come out with crumbs but no wet batter stuck to it.
04 - Set the bread aside to fully cool, which takes about 2 hours. Slice it up and enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - Homemade Bisquick mix replaces store-bought
02 - Perfect for using up bananas that are extra ripe
03 - Works well as a morning treat or an after-dinner sweet
