Fried Rice Hamburger (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Rice and Sauce

01 - 4 cups jasmine rice, already cooked
02 - 3/4 cup hot water or beef broth
03 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
04 - 1 1/2 tsp dark mushroom soy sauce
05 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
06 - 1/4 tsp sesame oil
07 - 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

→ Main Ingredients

08 - 8 oz ground beef (80% lean)
09 - 1 diced medium onion
10 - 1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
11 - 1 tbsp Shaoxing cooking wine
12 - 1 cup peas, frozen
13 - 1 chopped green onion
14 - 4 large eggs
15 - 2 tbsp cooking oil

→ Sweet Soy Sauce

16 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
17 - 3 tbsp boiling water
18 - 1 tsp granulated sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Combine oyster sauce, soy sauces, sesame oil, black pepper, and beef broth in a small bowl.
02 - Break up clumped rice and fluff gently.
03 - Heat some oil in a wok. Brown the beef, toss in the onion, garlic, and Shaoxing wine, and cook until the onions look soft.
04 - Toss the sauce mix, peas, and rice into the wok. Stir everything until it's all warmed up. Add scallions at the end.
05 - Fry eggs separately and put them on top of the rice. Drizzle sweet soy sauce over everything before eating.

01 - Ground beef type is up to you
02 - A carbon steel wok or non-stick pan works best
03 - Make the eggs the way you like them
