Frozen Berry Snacks (Print Version)

01 - 1/2 cup blackberries
02 - 1/2 cup raspberries
03 - 12 ounces of strawberry yogurt
04 - 2 tablespoons of almond milk

# Instructions:

01 - Use a fork to lightly crush the raspberries and blackberries. Leave them lumpy—don’t mash them completely.
02 - Mix the crushed berries, almond milk, and strawberry yogurt together in a bowl. Stir gently till it’s creamy and blended.
03 - Spoon the blended mixture into ice cube trays. Leave some space at the top, about a quarter. Freeze until fully firm, about 3 hours or more.
04 - Take the frozen yogurt cubes out of the tray and place them in a sealed bag or airtight container. Store them in the freezer for anytime snacking.

# Notes:

01 - To keep them fresh longer, make sure you use a container that’s freezer-proof to avoid freezer burn.
02 - Switch things up by using different types of berries or your favorite yogurt flavors to make it your own.
