# Ingredients:

→ Cinnamon Layer

01 - 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
02 - ½ cup white sugar

→ Dough Base

03 - 1 large egg
04 - ¾ teaspoon table salt
05 - ½ cup whole milk
06 - 3 tablespoons white sugar
07 - 3½ teaspoons quick-dry yeast
08 - 8 tablespoons softened butter, split in portions
09 - ⅔ cup rainbow sprinkles, plus extras for garnish
10 - 2¼ cups plain flour

→ Sweet Topping

11 - 3 tablespoons milk
12 - 1 cup powdered sugar
13 - ½ teaspoon vanilla flavoring

# Instructions:

01 - In a small dish, stir together the sugar and cinnamon and keep it nearby.
02 - Blend the butter with sugar and salt. Mix in the egg, milk, yeast, and flour until smooth. Stir sprinkles into the dough and allow it to rise in a cozy spot for about 90 minutes.
03 - Spread the dough into a rectangle (9x12 inches), coat the surface with soft butter, scatter cinnamon mix and some sprinkles, then roll it up tightly. Slice into eight sections.
04 - Arrange the rolls in a greased skillet, cover, and chill in the fridge overnight. The next morning, leave them to warm and rise for another 90 minutes.
05 - Bake at 325°F for 32-34 minutes, until lightly browned. Let them cool for 15 minutes, then drizzle with glaze made from milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Add a sprinkle of candies on top.
