Cut bok choy into halves. Wash under cold water and shake off the excess.

Stir together all sauce ingredients in a small dish.

Warm up oil in a big pan over medium-low heat. Cook the garlic for around 10 seconds, stirring, till it smells nice.

Turn the heat to medium-high. Toss in bok choy and pour in the water. Cook while stirring for about 2-4 minutes until they soften.

Drizzle the sauce on. Mix it all up, then take it off the heat.
