Chicken 40 Cloves Garlic (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 40 garlic cloves, peeled but left whole
02 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
03 - 2 pounds of chicken thighs, boneless and skinless

→ Seasonings

04 - ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
05 - ½ teaspoon of salt
06 - ½ teaspoon of cumin powder
07 - ½ teaspoon of dried thyme
08 - 1 teaspoon of fresh dill

→ Liquids and Garnish

09 - ½ cup of chicken broth, low sodium
10 - 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, fresh
11 - ½ cup of dry white wine

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375℉. Dry off the chicken thighs and slice them in half.
02 - In a Dutch oven, heat up the oil on medium-high. Sear the chicken until browned on both sides, then take it out.
03 - Toss the garlic and spices into the pan. Pour in the wine and let it simmer a bit until reduced. Then add in the broth.
04 - Put the chicken back into the pan, cover it, and bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle parsley on top and serve it with noodles or rice.
