Garlic Parmesan Rotini (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 ounces of rotini pasta
02 - 1 pound of ground beef
03 - 4 minced garlic cloves

β†’ Creamy Sauce

04 - 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1 cup of heavy cream
06 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
07 - 1 tablespoon of butter

β†’ Spices & Extras

08 - 1/2 teaspoon of optional red pepper flakes
09 - 1 teaspoon of dried Italian herb mix
10 - Salt and pepper as needed
11 - Chopped fresh parsley for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare the pasta by cooking it based on the directions on the box. Drain it and keep it nearby.
02 - Use a big pan with olive oil and butter heated inside. Cook the ground beef until it’s no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes.
03 - Stir in the minced garlic and let it cook for a minute or two, just until you smell it.
04 - Pour in the cream and mix in the Parmesan cheese. Let it cook a couple of minutes until the cheese melts and it all gets nice and thick. Sprinkle your seasonings in next.
05 - Toss the pasta into the pan with the sauce. Stir it all around to coat, then sprinkle parsley on top. Serve while still warm.

# Notes:

01 - Want a richer flavor? Sprinkle on more Parmesan.
02 - Use less or more red pepper for your preferred kick.
