Valentines Giant Cookie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 tablespoons (31g) smooth peanut butter
02 - 2 tablespoons (30ml) beaten egg
03 - 1/2 teaspoon real vanilla extract
04 - 2 tablespoons (25g) granulated sugar
05 - 2 tablespoons (25g) packed brown sugar
06 - 2 tablespoons (28g) soft, unsalted butter

→ Dry Ingredients

07 - 6 tablespoons (46g) plain flour
08 - 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
09 - 2 tablespoons (11g) rolled oats
10 - 1/8 teaspoon salt

→ Mix-Ins

11 - 2 tablespoons (22g) semi-sweet chocolate chips, plus extras for topping
12 - 1/3 cup (65g) M&Ms candies

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 325°F and line your pan with parchment paper.
02 - Cream butter with both sugars until smooth. Stir in peanut butter, egg, and vanilla. Mix dry stuff into wet stuff, then gently fold in chocolate chips and M&Ms.
03 - Pile dough into a round mound on the pan. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until edges just start to turn golden.
04 - Let your cookie cool for 10 minutes. If you like, pop some extra chocolate chips on top for looks.

01 - You can divide this into four smaller cookies
02 - Pick thick peanut butter for best results
03 - If it’s sticky, chill dough before baking
