# Ingredients:

→ Savory Ground Beef

01 - 1 tsp chili powder
02 - 1 small onion, diced really fine
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 1 lb ground beef (450g)
05 - 1 tsp paprika
06 - 1 tsp garlic powder
07 - 1 tsp onion powder
08 - 2 cloves of minced garlic
09 - 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

→ Tangy Cream Sauce

10 - 1 tbsp ketchup
11 - 1/2 cup mayo
12 - 2 tbsp sour cream
13 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
14 - 1 tsp garlic powder
15 - 1 tbsp yellow or Dijon mustard

→ Toppings & Wrap

16 - 1 cup shredded lettuce
17 - 4 extra-large tortillas
18 - 1 medium tomato, cut into small cubes
19 - 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Brown beef in the pan after cooking onions for a few minutes. Stir in garlic for a minute, season, and let melt cheddar into the mix.
02 - Mix mayo, mustard, ketchup, sour cream, and spices in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
03 - Smear tortillas with sauce, then pile on layers of lettuce, tomato, cheesy beef mix, and mozzarella.
04 - Fold tortilla sides in, roll tightly from the bottom, and cut to serve.
